Reiki level 1 Shoden

Welcome to the wonderful world of Reiki!
Who can learn Reiki?

Anybody can learn Reiki, you do not need any special skills. You just need to be open to learn something new along with other like minded people.

What you will gain !
Level 1 Shoden you learning about energy and how to enhance your skills in using it, and increasing your own energy strength:

The outline of the Course -
This is a around 17 hours in total which is ten hours of working with the level 1 instruction manual and one day of practical training.

  • Reiju spiritual empowerment to connect you to Reiki
  • This will include many basic practical exercises to boost the confidence to use Reiki energy.
  • It will teach you the art of mindfulness and focusing on intent great for mind and soul  
  • It will teach you self-treatment meditation a self-healing method which has lasting effects
  • Merging with the energy learning the skill of being one with the energy
  • working with the tandan and breathing a method of taking in the energy
  • You will learn how to place your hands western style and intuitive placing of hands.   
  • Scanning the body this is a method of finding area for treatment.

Reiju Empowerments
During your session, I will connect you to the energy through a reiju technique. These traditional Japanese reiki attunements open up the channels allowing the reiki energy to flow. The western style Reiki call them attunements. This will be performed three times over the day. It will enable you to use Reiki in order to help yourself and others.

The Theory Element -
The course has an In-depth level one Shoden manual which will give you all the foundation of the reiki knowledge to make your study a success.  This will be sent to you as soon as possible, so you can read and learn in the comfort of your own home allowing the information the time it needs to make sense and allowing you time before your practical session to realize any questions you may have.

You can be assured that you have all the knowledge and everything you need to complete your course and more in the shoden manual.
You will also receive a level 1 Manual this will take you stage by stage through the course to completion. It will be about ten hours of instruction, but you can go at your own pace and extend it if you like .  

Level 1 Shoden CD
Our Reiki course is accompanied by one audio CDs. The CD contains guided meditations that you will use at First Degree.
By having on CD the main things that are said to you on the day course, you really are able to ‘take your course home with you’. You won’t forget what you were told on the course because you can hear it all again at home.
The guided meditations take you through Hatsu Rei Ho (energy exercises) and a self-treatment meditation that Reiki’s founder taught. So instead of fumbling around trying to read the instructions in your manual while trying to keep in the flow of it, you can simply flip on the CD, close your eyes, and follow the instructions. Your meditation will flow all the more easily because of this, and you’ll learn how to do it without having to try too hard.

Treating other people
Traditional Reiki was not about healing with hand treatment it was about self-healing methods and just working with the energy. so you will spend some time learning intuitive hands on which is letting the energy guide you will also have a taster of scanning the aura and Western hand positions. you will practice these skills on another member of the group and they will practice on you. So you will have a first hand experience of performing healing and being healed.
Continued Support
  • Once you have attended the reiki course i will be able to deal with any questions you may have.
  • You will be  to tune into a weekly free distance reiju empowerment from Alison every Monday.
    This will echo Mikao Usui original teaching allowing to boost you and your Reiki practice
The Reiki 1 Certificate
All courses are accompanied by an certificate, displaying the Inner Sanctum Retreat seal and signed by Myself. In this case your certificate confirms that you have received instruction and Reiju empowerments and have satisfied the requirements of the “Level1 Shoden” Reiki

This is 1 days training session and based on a practical session  The theory level one Shoden manual will be sent to you as soon as possible to allow you to get started on your study, along with a Meditation CD  .
