Trainers at Inner Sanctum - Inner Sanctum Retreat

Meet Inner Sanctum Retreat, Healer, Trainer, Energy Specialist.

Hello and welcome.
My name is Alison Dean  I am a full time professional,Crystal therapist. Reiki Master, Energy specialist, trainer, and Coach, Practitioner in NLP & Hypnotherapy.

My passion is energy work and both Crystals and Reiki highlight that, cuppled with teaching others, training and coaching are second nature.
I started practising Reiki, meditation, yoga, Crystals when I was in my late teens, which inspired me to try a variety of alternative therapies and this has given me a broad knowledge and a greater spiritual awareness. Some of my earliest spiritual encounters was when I was a child, so it’s an area that i have great interest and natural affinity.
I am still enjoying my Crystal and Reiki Journey and I can remember being truly blown away by both extraordinary systems of energy that anyone can enjoy. I was not prepared for just how much it would change my life for good. There is not a day when I don’t use Reiki and Crystals, now I couldn’t imagine my life without it.
So I look forward to sharing with you this wonderful system of Reiki and the power of Crystals  it really is amazing the changes it can make to your life with a little effort and of course some Training.
